We pride ourselves with tenant longevity. The majority of our tenants reside long term, and so therefore we do not tend to have many homes available.

Unlike most property management companies, we will not charge an application fee continuing to accept applications for a property that may already have a selected tenant. Instead we only charge an application fee to the selected tenant.

    • Are pets welcome? YES, we love pets. However some properties are pet friendly while others are not. Your selected property will identify this and quote the pet fee. This fee is non refundable.

    • Walk-throughs/Property visits: There would be two reasons for us to need to enter your home. 1. There is a maintaince issue that needs to be addressed. 2. we have scheduled one of the two required visits to walk-through the property. We will always call in advance and coordinate a time that is most convenient for you.

    • A friendly reminder, it is your responsibility to make sure that your space is move out ready in order for you to qualify for the return of your deposit.

      • We do not have an in-house maintenance staff or crew. All requests are sent out to our various vendors that we hire to resolve issues. Your patience is appreciated as we work to secure an available vendor.
