Most property management companies will offer low monthly management fees, but hide additional fees throughout the year. At National Real Estate, there are no setup fees and no annual contract renewal fees.

You will not be passed around from department to department, or speak to a different staff member each time you call. You will always have direct access to the broker/owner for all your property management needs.

We hold an average of no more than a week on the market before a property is rented. This means that you will begin receiving rent right away.

The rental market is in full swing, and there is an abundance of renters looking for a home. We will be sure to select the most qualified tenant for your property.

Should your property require any repairs, upgrades or renovations, we are happy to assist with managing those projects. Most of our owners live out of state and depend on this kind of partnership.

It is not uncommon for a property to require maintenance while a tenant resides in the home. We will coordinate with the tenant and facilitate any services needed, while being in constant communication with the owner.

Our statements are clear and easy to understand. We also provide access to an online owner portal where you can review invoices, payments, and activities.

You can feel confident that your property is maintaining your expectations while tenants reside in them. We perform two walk-throughs of every property throughout the year. Most companies only offer one.
